About Titan IQ
Most ServiceTitan partners learned the platform from the outside. We learned it the expensive way — by putting it into our own roofing company, with our own money, and living with every decision we made.
That is the whole reason Titan IQ exists. We had already solved these problems for ourselves, badly at first and then properly, and other contractors kept asking how.
We ran a roofing business. We knew what it cost us every time a lead sat unanswered, every time a job's real margin turned up a month too late, and every time somebody rebuilt a spreadsheet that already existed.
ServiceTitan fixed a lot of that, but only after we set it up around how the business actually ran. The version of it that came out of the box did not fit, and making it fit is where the return came from.
Titan IQ is deliberately small. The people who scope your implementation are the people who do it, and you will not be handed to an account manager once the contract is signed.
Three things, and they build on each other.
Setup, training and optimisation, built around your process rather than a template. Dual-certified for residential and construction.
A live lead board that shows your CSRs every inbound lead the moment it lands and who has claimed it. An SOP portal your team actually opens. Reporting that arrives without anybody assembling it. We write and run this ourselves.
Growth strategy, leadership, financial and operational oversight, and getting a business ready to sell when that is where it is heading.
The software is the part most implementation partners cannot offer. When something your business needs does not exist in ServiceTitan, we are able to build it rather than explain why you have to work around it.
How we work
A typical contractor runs a CRM, a call-tracking platform, ServiceTitan, an accounting package and a drawer full of spreadsheets. Every one of them is fine on its own. Not one of them shows you the whole business, so somebody spends Friday afternoon stitching exports together and the answer is three days old by the time anyone reads it.
We don't rip those systems out. You already pay for them and your team already knows them. We build the layer that makes them behave like one system.
01
Leads out of your CRM, calls and form fills out of call tracking, jobs and costs out of ServiceTitan. We integrate against the real APIs, not a nightly CSV somebody has to remember to export.
02
One screen your team works from, with shared state, so two people never chase the same lead and nothing sits untouched because each person assumed somebody else had it. One sign-in across every tool we run for you.
03
Reporting that assembles itself and arrives on a schedule. SOPs that live where the work happens instead of in a shared drive nobody opens. Nobody's Friday afternoon spent rebuilding a spreadsheet.
One client's inbound leads arrive from their CRM across four locations, and their phone calls arrive from call tracking. Both land on a single board within seconds of coming in, with a claim on each one, so every CSR can see what has been picked up and what is still waiting. Speed to lead stopped being something they estimated once a month and became something they can watch.
It is built to keep working on a bad day. Records push in instantly when the upstream system fires, and a second process sweeps behind it to catch anything that was missed, dropped or never sent. A lead that goes astray between two systems is the most expensive thing a contractor never finds out about, so it is the case we designed for first.
We are ServiceTitan implementers who also write software, which is an unusual pair. It means the answer to “can it do that?” is not always no.
“[Roofing contractors should] connect with existing users and implementation partners like TitanIQ.”
